      Diodes is a great company to work for. I would definitely return in the future.

      Staring salary may be low, but they do offer annual raises.

      on-site gym, free cheap coffee, generally nice people (except for management)

      Cons

      2 cutlures - Chinese and other. unethical in so many ways. fear based culture (management). high turnover - in fact I started looking to get out within 3 months of arrival. no encouragement at non-manager levels.
