      Pros

      Company Gym, secured parking. That's all.

      Cons

      Poor management, revolving door of new employees due to poor management. Poor shift rotations. Hard to get days off. Fab employees are not treated like people but as numbers. Constantly lies and cover ups by supervisors. If you have a relative or good friend in a supervisor position then you will have a better time than the majority of the other employees.

      Pros

      Will pay for education if you prove you’re worth it. Great place to learn with little repercussions for mistakes. Decent group of colleagues. Interesting work

      Cons

      Shift work, 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights Difficult to progress internally. Constant fire fighting due to very diverse and ageing tool set. Constantly increasing workload for no increased pay. Hazardous materials
