      Pros

      Good benefits (health insurance, 401k with employer match, paid vacation and holidays) Decent work-life balance Nice newer office building with gym Free coffee and filtered water

      Cons

      Rigid hierarchy and "my way or the highway" management style Preference given to insiders (family, friends, church members) No opportunity for growth or development - promotions are unheard of Almost exclusive use of Chinese alienates English speakers Terrible morale due to management's lack of respect for employees Low regard for integrity and ethics throughout the company

      I really cant think of any other reason except that we are in tough economic times They have OK benefits

      Cons

      very high turn-over because of poor work environment thus you are constantly training a new person who might quit just after the training Morale is very low thus not a good environment for productivity and creativity

      Unfortunately, the work environment is marred by instances of unprofessional management behavior, including frequent yelling. This might be uncomfortable for individuals with a low tolerance for verbal abuse. Micro-management is taken to an extreme level, bordering on nano-management. This can be challenging for self-directed and self-motivated individuals.
