Pros
Nice building with a gym and a break room. Spacious cubicles with friendly staff. Great for short term stay or gain first two office job experience. Pay 20%-25% below market value in the Bay Area job market. Easy access to work. Regular business work on hybrid schedule or work from home if most teammates do the same WFH on most of the weekdays. No overtime work. Great work/life balance. This office used to be a Pericom and got acquired.
Cons
High turnover rates/laid off randomly. No profit sharing. No long term employment for newbies or contractors. Most new positions are hired with contractors repeatedly with 6-12 months and then no extension. HR are told to constantly recruiting new contractors to keep filling the same positions over and over again..No commitment from Diodes into an official long term employment. No medical benefit/ no PTO. Outdated systems/ ModelN. Most computer programs are 12+ years old. Pay raise is not much and below living standards. Pay below market.
