Cons
No clue who I actually work for, the collection of companies is a mess.
No work life balance and it's not just this company, the parent company has the same feedback (Acumen Fiscal Intermediary).
The culture needs work, immature behavior from management and staff, crude jokes, no diversity. It's just not very professional and if you speak up you're not being a team player.
The amount of rework, wasted time and unclear direction makes every day stressful
