      Pros

      Leadership cares about their employees, seeks feedback to ensure their employees voices are heard. Work home life balance is a priority. Direct supervisory support is beyond anything I’ve received in prior companies. Each day I leave feeling accomplished, supported, valued, and heard.

      Supportive company with solid benefits

      Solid benefits Reasonable vacation time Unlimited sick days 401k matching Annual salary increases less than inflation but better than nothing Hands-off unless necessary Supportive management for their contractors in retaining contracts and supporting their employees to do what they need to do for themselves career-wise.

      Vacation time could be a little better but it's not bad
