Pros
- It feels like everyone truly wants to be here-- not just to get paid. - Management/Executive team holds employee happiness as a high priority. - Extremely transparent-- weekly all-hands help me know what's going on across all departments in the company. - Monthly Game Nights! - Catered food Mon-Thurs. - Endless snacks + birthday treats! - I feel like all my co-workers are friends as well as people I work with.
Cons
- It's kind of hard to get to the office with public transit (but there's a monthly commute reimbursement to make up for it!)
