The owner cares more about his employees and customers than making money. He regularly spends millions on charities and causes he believes in, All employees start at the bottom, busting tires, all promotions are within the company all the way to the CEO and owner who both started out in the tire stores. There are many opportunities to advance and the pay is above average and is quite unreal when the manager and higher levels are achieved. There are many perks and fun activities where free trips and money are given away as well as bonuses at Christmas and Summertime
Cons
The hours are 44+ hours per week with most employees putting in 50 or more hours on average. The work is physically demanding and customer service is of utmost importance, the store may be closed at 6:00, but the employees are required to finish any customers cars that were there before closing, so hours are never the same.
