      Pros

      Move up within the company and really feel like you have accomplished something! I really loved working here and after learning the high standards of this company, I will not go to any other tire dealer!

      Cons

      It's work! You will work hard!! Your experience working here will greatly depend on your manager. I started out with one that treated people terribly, but he moved to a new store across town and the new manager was a dream to work with!

      Pros

      Hard work is noticed and rewarded. I've been given 3 raises totaling $3.00 in less than a year. Starting pay is very good as well.

      Cons

      Some employees seriously lack ethics and/or intelligence. I work overtime every week and am still considered "part-time", hence no full-time benefits.
