      Pros

      Good pay Great place to work Store Managers are usually great Everyone who works with the company started in the same way.

      Cons

      You have to stick it out to really go anywhere. Prepare to work your butt off. That really isn't a con, except sometimes others are promoted when they didn't work as hard as you. Just like any job, really.

      Pros

      They weren't open a ton of hours when you'd think they should be open for business so the schedule was pretty awesome. The co-workers are generally helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      If you are changing tires dont think you are moving up the ranks anytime soon. Its hard to find people willing to bend over and get dirty all day lifting heavy tires all over the place for as little as they pay. Pay increases are pathetic and infrequent. My manager was a total jerk to everyone. You will be tired as balls after a long shift and think of all the other things you could do to make the sorry amount of your paycheck
