Pros
The pay for part time workers is very good in my opinion most top out around 14.50 an hour. Also if you decide to go full time with this company the pay is good starting and you dont need a college degree. the pay for full time employees is very good and if you become a manager you make well over 6 figures if your store does well in sales. If you make it above a manager and your a AVP which there are 5 for every region or state and 1 VP you are basically rich. It is very possible to get to these positions too. Bruce Halle is a great owner and gives full benefits with great opportunities to make good money.
Cons
The cons are the same as any other company you will have people you dont like to work with and people you do. Some managers are morons but then there are many great managers to work for. The hours for full time employees are around 55 hours a week but you have to work long hours in order to make the money. The cons will never out weigh the pros of this company.
