      -You work with amazing people -Room for some growth -Benefits are decent -Great employee discount -Above average incentives

      -Terrible hourly rate for workload -Mandatory overtime they say is "Guaranteed Overtime" -Longs work days leaves you neglecting your family -Political -Sales driven -Limited time off

      Pros

      Bonuses and time off is all i can really think of.

      Cons

      Long days. Winter hours you are expected to work till 10 or 11 nd don't get lunch. They buy u food but can't take breaks. Freezing cold in winter nd hot in summer. Company treats u well but upper corporate management at a regional standpoint is a joke. Never follow thru with things and get paid big money to drive expensive cars just too keep up on apperances. Insurance if you are not full time is a joke and ur hours get cut really fast if it gets slow.
