Pros
- Flexible scheduling - Raises were above average - Commitment is rewarded, Full-time is likely the way to go. - Company incentives (events for Full and Part timers, biannual bonuses dependent on store performance) - Majority of staff is promoted within (~90%)
Cons
- Redundant roles - High turnover for several reasons (management, AVP's,) - Less than an hour for lunch if all day shift(sometimes no lunch at all..)
