No work life balance. Some store managers treat their people poorly. After Bruce Halle died, the workplace “culture” went down hill. Everything is about money and numbers now. Where we were once a company that gave tires away to those in need, we won’t even give veterans their discount in the store. We make them go online to purchase their tires if they want their 5% discount. Also, why in the world did we stop the 10% veteran discount? Like I said, everything is about money. And, no military discount for tax exempt veterans? That is ridiculous. They EARNED the discount and the tax exemption. Don’t tell them that their tax exemption is their discount.
