Pros

-Weekly pay -Semi-flexible hours -Supposed tuition reimbursement -Paid training (legally required to be paid)

Cons

-Tooled around by management -Work 11-hour high labor shifts -Get paid less than $15/hour -Surrounded by minor league white supremacists -Benefits don't start until after a year, are basically nothing if you're part-time. -Full time works 50hrs plus, 5 days a week, 11 hr 7 am-7 pm shift with 30min lunch, "part-time" is 40hrs a week -Puts the "cult" in culture

Pros

Sometimes you get a lunch something you don’t. Pay USED to be competitive. If you like to compete for a toilet trophy this is the place for you.

Cons

The company started off pretty good, but the longer I worked for the company the more I noticed that it was going downhill. From using fear tactics i.e. "You wont find a better job than this" or "There aren’t higher paying jobs", to not getting lunches in 10-12 hours shifts (and if asked about it you would get a "Are you going to cause problems"). Towards the end of my 6 year employment I think what finally made me say I’m done, was my Regional VP buying a toilet trophy because he thought it would be funny to hand out the trophy to the lowest ranking store - when inevitably someone has to be last place in the rankings, even if they’re overperforming. I understand that lots of people will say that this company has helped them or changed their life, but the fact is, no matter how much work you put in if you aren't a higher-ups favorite or you aren't sucking up to somebody you won't get far. Some people stay in a $20/hr position for a decade to work 50+ hours a week, for what? A toilet trophy and for your superiors to bonus a ridiculous amount.

Pros

Good pay compared to the rest of the industry. Strong company culture. You control your own destiny.

Cons

Stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, and more stress. Says were aren't focused on metrics and measurements while every piece of information and coaching you get is based on metrics and measurements. Company rolls out initiatives and programs that add more stress all the while they tell you it reduces stress. You and your people are constantly asked to do more with the same amount of resources. There is a separate and different web site or program for EVERY SINGLE THING YOU NEED TO DO! Little to no integration between systems.
