      Lots of OT. 45+ hours / week. Customer and employee driven. Great Mission. Lots of free events and regional celebrations. No commission based pay. No degree needed. Promotes from within. Great benefits.

      Long days (12+ hours during busy times [ie winter time]. Fast paced environment. No commission based pay.

      Great Benefits Started with no knowledge about cars and learned so much Good Bonuses when full time

      Cons

      Harassment (verbal, sexual)-Told multiple store managers that I have worked with and made many complaints with HR and corporate, never got a call back. Long hours No work/life balance Over worked not enough pay Wants more from you than your job title Pushes you on Disability when you can do things around the store Some store managers do not care about your mental health
