      Great place as long as you know your place and always tell your managers what they want to hear. Generous policies and fun events. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      If you can't tolerate cultish behavior or having culture shoved on you as a solution to everything, this may not be the place for you. As long as you are happy, you will be fine. Try to tell the truth, make a change or otherwise question anything, and you'll be bounced out unceremoniously.
