Pros

Some great co workers, and life long friends.

Cons

Extremely long hours, unrealistic expectations, no work life balance at all. After getting on with another company in a similar industry, Discount’s pay is incredibly low and the bonuses are laughable for assistant managers, compared to what the store manager makes per quarter and AVP and above.

Good environment, a little teamwork, alright staff. Time flies when working hard During each shift.

Cons

A little bit of segregation between full time and part time. I see them talking about things other than work then tell us to get back to work when getting water.

Pros

The culture is nothing to compare to something like if you were to work in retail or the food industry. The tire technicians and low end managers are always there for each other and will have each others back.

Cons

Ever since Bruce Halle passed away it has seemed the cooperate division of DTC has gone far down south. Not listening to what the backbone of the company wants and needs and hundreds of employees leaving due to being over worked with low staff and poor pay.
