Pros

The late founder Mr. Halle instilled many great values and ethics for his company. However, there is a decent amount of accountability lacking. For a company that employs a large amount of young men, you'd hope they would be proactive on developing good habits and workers. Discipline is nonexistent until you drive someone so far up the wall you are no longer scheduled hours. Have met a lot of solid dudes from this job! Higher ups just need to be keen on setting the standard and holding everyone to it.

Cons

- lacking accountability from management - manual labor/ strain on body - out in the elements - low pay to battle living expenses

Pros

David Ortiz was a great manager and a gentleman. They treat you right and train you right. Bonus in the winter and the summer. Not much more that you can ask for.

Cons

It’s a physical job changing tires all day. It gets easier as you move up in position though. Also full time is considered as 50/hrs per week
