      Pros

      - If you're looking to build a foundation about knowledge on cars then this is an excellent place to start. - They'll work around your school schedule. - Decent starting wage ($11.50) - Kept me active -If you work a full day shift you're allowed a 45min-1hr lunch break. -The training they provide is phenomenal. You'll have the option of being trained at an academy to get your feet wet, so when you do start working you have an idea of what you're doing.

      Cons

      - I'm not sure about all other locations, but the one in grapevine never sent out the schedule to their employees, so it was always a guessing game whether you work monday morning or not. To some it's not a problem, but it didnt allow me to plan my week out ahead of time, so it was the biggest con for me. - As stated before the pay is decent. My only problem with it was the amount of hard work we do doesn't match what we get paid. I could do the same amount of work/hard labor at Amazon for $15 an hour rather than 11.50, but choose to stay because I enjoy working on cars. They should raise the starting wages in my opinion. - Higher ups allow veterans to harass new hires. There's somewhat of a bully culture at the one I worked at, but that's just from my experience.
