      it is a fun enviornment and a unmatchable brotherhood within the business. I beleieve you will develop a work ethic that can bleed into all areas of life.

      Cons

      the brotherhood is good, but if you are wanting to go on and improve in life, probably the easiest place to grow comfortable. They also may talk to you in a demeanor that probably isn't in accordance with human resources. they will only see it as guy talk.
