      Pros

      Amazing Co-workers Company parties are unforgettable summer and holiday bonuses If you preform well, you get to be a part of amazing experiences (ie. Trip to Lake Tahoe with all experiences payed, trip to SEMA, and local experiences payed for by the company)

      Cons

      Quotas, quotas, quotas. Being bad selling means you stay outside working on cars in the heat and cold. Bad managers get promoted as long as they sell their quota. Long hours from 7:15 to sometimes 8pm, all with 30 minute lunches MAX.
