      Great Company, but don't stay in the back room

      Pros

      I like the company's values. It was fun knowing everyone would have a day off, because we were closed on Sunday. The management were nice, and most of my co-workers were nice.

      Cons

      They were constantly pressuring you to go faster, I ran everywhere I went. It was easy to get overheated in the summer. For the work I was doing I should have been getting $17 hr minimum. Hopefully the management has better insight than when I was there.

      The company promotes from within. Strong work ethic and great attitude with will take you far with this company. Its simple! Compensation is very rewarding.

      Cons

      Be patient with promotions and be prepared to grow on your own. That will help with faster growth.
