      Pros

      Great work environment, Fast paced, good benefits. The company seems to really care for their people.

      Cons

      Average work week is about 55-60 hours. Sick time and vacation days are combined. Very minimal overtime pay.

      Pros

      Good people and policies from an honest company. I like working with the people there, who are good guys and like to joke around, but who will make sure you are doing your job the best way you can.

      Cons

      Long hours and hard work. Loud environment. If you don't like dirty hands or loud noises and heavy lifting, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Full-time positions guarantee a lot of hours and a solid support structure. Employee discounts are plentiful, benefits are solid. The majority of management genuinely cares about its employees.

      Cons

      50+ hours/week in a repetitive and uninspiring role. Promotions at the full-time level mean nothing and raises are not given for promotions until you reach senior levels. Raises are given regularly but are typically $.49/hour which is less than and in lieu of a cost of living increase.
