It was a great college job and allowed me to be active instead of sitting in an office all day.

Cons

The management is terrible and the store I worked at suffered greatly because of it. Employee turnover has been increasing steadily over the last couple of years.

Long hours for full time that can tire your body out but if you love the job makes it all worth it

Good pay, Works well around school, Can be fun at times, Raises are readily available for those who work hard, Respected for hard work, Staff is usually easy to work with

Cons

Having to work at 100% for your entire shift, Bending down all day takes a severe toll on your knees, Covered in rubber and powdered rust at the end of the day that will turn everything you own black, You will smash your fingers on a weekly basis but will have to maintain work pace, High stress environment and employees will often butt heads
