once you get promoted full time you will work over 50 hours a week and since you are on salary you will not be making much more money the company was doing great in the 90s and early 2000s but growth has slowed down and "the dream" of owning your own store will come at the expense of managers not making the unit goals and getting demoted,

No overtime for full time employees. They cap your pay and don't give you raises. Assistant vice presidents only care about profit and could care less about the employees well being. Basically all the upper management/corporate cares about is the bottom line profit and not about the day to day operations. They work their employees like dogs 55+ hrs a week with no overtime. I have been with the company for over twenty years and they try to basically brain wash you with trying to sell you the "dream". Honestly the only way to move up the ladder is to know someone in upper management and kiss thier butt as much as possible. You will never move up on hard work alone.
