-steady job -steady company -many, many chances to advance

Cons

-Coldest winter job I have had. I have done construction clean up so this is saying alot. I literally would buy a pair of leather gloves and by the end of the shift the gloves would mildew. -You will run easily 5 miles during a 8-10 hour shift

You will never be without work. EVER.

Cons

Chinese overtime. Look it up it is getting paid 25% of what your hourly rate would be. Should be illegal but it's not!

Good Company that promotes from within. Bonus/Gifts Every 6 months. Usually a good comraderie of employees.

Cons

Tough work environment. Not for the laid-back type. Long days(bad career for family oriented people). Stressful customers in the showroom. Wages are low considering the hard work and what you have to deal with customers, management, and regional VP's.
