Great work environment, Fast paced, good benefits. The company seems to really care for their people.

Cons

Average work week is about 55-60 hours. Sick time and vacation days are combined. Very minimal overtime pay.

Good people and policies from an honest company. I like working with the people there, who are good guys and like to joke around, but who will make sure you are doing your job the best way you can.

Cons

Long hours and hard work. Loud environment. If you don't like dirty hands or loud noises and heavy lifting, this isn't the place for you.

you get to work in a challenging fast paced environment that pushes you to succeed in the tire industry and help others

Cons

not enough hours were given during winter months. Scheduling seemed to be lacking at times. Either to much help was available or not enough help.
