      Pros

      Outdoor, hands on work is appealing to me. Team environments tend to test me as an individual. It is hard work, very physically and mentally demanding. Management is solid, very informative and motivating.

      Cons

      Working in austere climate can be tough at times. When things get busy, the shop can get very stressful because everyone is trying to push themselves beyond limits. At that point, it very easy to make mistakes which cost the company money.
