      Pros

      Fun work environment. Steady raises, I average $1.00/yr in raises in terms of hourly pay. They also almost exclusively promote from within.

      Cons

      It's hard work, the summers as well as the winters can be brutal. Not for the faint of heart.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, employees, and managers. If you want to stay fit it will certainly help. Besides that not much good to say.

      Cons

      Never work here and expect to be paied fairly for your work. The store manger cares for no one but himself don't ever expect him to you will end up pissed or disappointed.

      Long hours .... late nights ... Retail environment is sometimes overwhelming... But support from fellow brothers is fantastic.
