Pros
It can be pretty fun if you have good managers, you learn a lot about wheels and tires, you get to see a lot of really nice cars, and the pay is pretty good. They also give bonuses after you have been there for a while and they also provide pretty good insurance. Most of the time you get pretty good hours, they are willing to work with you on your schedule.
Cons
Managers can be the worst people in earth if you are stupid and/or slow, it is very high pressured to get as many cars moved in and out in an hour as possible
