Just don't advance too fast or else someone might take offense and the next thing you know your fired without any proof for something that was said in confidence too an AVP. I used to love going to work every day and thought that I would eventually retire from the company. It was exciting and so much fun to work at Discount Tire Co until Mr. Halle pasted away. Since losing Mr. Halle and other people started to run the company it has gone down hill fast. Even managers with 20yr history are going elsewhere to work. It's unfortunate, but I guess all good things must come to an end eventually. It's still a good place to work for the most part if your a tech or freshly promoted assistant manager. JUST DON'T TRUST THE AVP'S WITH ANYTHING!!!!
