      DTC was a great company to work for.

      Pros

      The owner's passion for great customer service and a "can do" attitude, along with his drive to be a great employer make it a wonderful place to be. There is always opportunity for improvement and advancement, and family is understood to be an important priority.

      Cons

      The only con was the drive. The corporate office is located in a high rent area so many employees commute 2-3 hours per day.

      Pros

      I worked as a floor technician (I worked directly on the cars) for most of my time at DTC. -Flexible part time schedule -Pay tends to be above minimum wage with generous increases over time -Excellent work culture -Fairly straight forward transition into sales if you so desire

      -Long hour days especially in the winter -Significant number of employees smoke/chew -It is hard work plain and simple
