Pros

They do not enforce the dress code which is nice because they don't pay you enough to actually wear nice clothes

Cons

I found that a vast majority of the people that work there, ESPECIALLY management, are fake and will throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. A very deceptive company that rewards conformity and frowns on individual opinions. You couldn't pay me enough to work at that place again!

Pros

Discover Card itself is a great company with great benefits. I love the company.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Team Leaders in my area are present very little of the time. An audit should be done to demonstrate what team leaders are present and just how often.
