Pros

I love the extras that Discover has on site. Nice place to eat, decent food, and the nursing staff and gym are great pulls if you want a one in all stop and available at a work site.

Cons

The pay, you do have a bonus structure, but if you don't hit the bonus there should be a higher base salary.
