      Nice company, lacking a bit of vision

      Pros

      People are quite nice, pay is very competitive and it is an interesting sector to work in. You can tell that the very upper management team in the US is good, and the CEO gives a great impression.

      Cons

      Management in the UK is poor, and change is not handled very well. I don’t know whether UK based operations lack vision or just don’t communicate them clearly down the line. It feels like the management team in the UK live in a different world than the rest of us, they feel a bit disconnected. It’s telling that the US management team feels a lot more approachable...

      No pros I had while working here.

      Cons

      No perks which a product based company has. No work life balance. Will have to work in usa timezone. upper management is very laid back. no growth no hike provided. bad tech stack. no brand value in the UK. managed by managers in USA Clueless leadership limited resources in the UK not a company to join outside of the USA

      25 PTOs Average, but not bad pay Beautiful facility, including gym, cafeterias, on-site nurse station, walk/run path throughout campus Wireless access throughout the facility Great people Encourages internal transfers - quicker ways to get promoted if you find the right opportunity

      Cons

      Very political Slow promotion - I was doing the job of higher level for about two years before I got promoted Small raises (especially compared to exec. bonus..) Your work/life balance would depend on the dept you work for
