      A lot of extra activities not related to work

      It is mandatory to go 2 days to the office. Trains a commute is not easy, trains have a lot of delays. And from Farnborough Main, you need to wait for a shuttle. Sometimes is full and you need to wait for the next one. So, for example if you check the time in Google Maps, maybe it is 45 min, but the true is that the time is 2 hours. So, you expend 4h only commuting, when it should be 1.5h.
