Pros

Flexibility, Pay (as a teenager it was decent). Everyone that worked there was of similar age and the company had a pretty good training program.

Cons

Forced to go against morals and convince people of services they don't need. Location, it was in the boonies far away from downtown.

Pros

A steady job, one does not have to worry about being laid off or losing benefits. Discover is a great product and the company is ran by strong leadership.

Cons

The call center environment gets tiresome very quickly.

Pros

They really take time to invest in their employees with lots of learning opportunities. They also have a great environment on campus and have fostered a great work-life balance.

Cons

The work was not challenging enough for me. I felt like I could easily excel to the top of the employee group without much effort.
