Pros

Work ethics and forward thinking Good technology in IT

Cons

If you are on a work visa, they won't care much for your immigration process. They have a pathetic immigration team and process(manual internal approval process) even after the change to a new law firm. Please runaway from this company if you are on a work visa. I have worked with different employers in the past, and I have never seen such a laid back internal immigration team. Their immigration team causes me mental stress every day that I am thinking to quit just because of the immigration team at Discover. I wish the leaders better cared for immigration processes (that improves employer satisfaction and productivity).
