Pros

easy going culture...if you want to come here and have a relatively easy work life, this is the place for you...salary isn't the greatest in the industry...

Cons

raises and bonuses are bad...performance feedback is minimal and useless...performance evaluation is solely at the manager's (and their mgrs) discretion which you can never argue about...

Pros

Nimble change ability for key initiatives, overall strong employee engagement, strong alignment to the customer experience.

Cons

Work/life balance. Heavy-reliance on IT -- as a marketer you must be able to communicate from a technology perspective in order to get initiatives done (high learning curve). Achronym-heavy.
