Pros

Casual environment with typical IT staff. Some business casual dressing, mostly for finance. Great cafeteria, lots of paid time off, decent starting wage for the area. Some positions able to "work from home" after employment. Internship program brings great potential to the teams.

Cons

Chicagoland starting wage a little lower than normal. If working up a corporate ladder is your game, this is not the place for you. Bureaucratic politics kept to a minimum. Not a highly structure environment, which some may prefer.

Pros

There is a lot of diversity between the coworkers and an awesome opportunity for growth. They have wonderful benefits as well.

Cons

Sometimes there is favoritism, a lot of outbound blind dialing, and some immature people. It can be tedious at times as well.
