Pros

It's a small but growing technical services/product company. Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home (depending on your job) are great benefits. It's a good group of people that manage and run the company. Compensation is fair to aggressive, and the company values honest and hard working individuals that do not need to be micro-managed.

Cons

It's a smaller company but growing, so some benefits are not as robust when compared to larger companies. However, it is a solid package with 15 days PTO, and 9 paid Holidays, health/dental, etc. You do have to wait 6 months in order to enroll with 401K.

Relaxing environment, but everyone works hard, and alot of teamwork goes on. Everyone is willing to help you out

Cons

no cons, great opportunity to grow with a company. Looking forward to more successful years!
