Directors and management of the primary group within this company take advantage of people and treat them badly.

Pros

Love the GREAT diverse group of co-workers. We all work hard and get recognized for it. The work culture is open and friendly. There is a balance of both work and family life.

Cons

Like any IT consulting firm, your work life is based the clients and the success of the projects. You don't always have direct control. The PMs at Discover does a great job at communicating with the clients to ensure success of the projects. It also helps to have knowledgeable teams.
