Pros

Flexible schedule and able to balance work responsibilities and deadlines, with family and fun time. There are many opportunities to engage and participate with other virtual employees. The staff are well qualified professionals that know their industry, best practices and are willing to share their knowledge to help others learn something new.

Cons

As with most virtual environments, it can feel a bit distant when interaction is limited due to not being in a traditional office environment every day. However, the company does try to create regular events to stay connected and meet other employees. Teams does help with communication and staying aware of organizational activities.
