I have a great Manager/Supervisor, who are incredibly supportive. I truly appreciate the strong work-life balance the company promotes and how flexible and understanding they are when it comes to family matters. Overall, I’m very happy here and feel valued in my role.

Cons

I’m very happy in my role and appreciate the company culture, but long‑term growth opportunities feel limited, and salary progression could be stronger.

Interim Management the whole time. New people came in and maximized profits. Didn't understand they were playing with residents' lives.
