Pros

Definitely the Disney magic. Hours are long sometimes but it's always busy so they pass by quickly. Most leads and supervisors are really nice, but you do occasionally get the grouchy ones. Coworkers are great, especially in stores because there's not a constant stream of people like you get working attractions or food.

Cons

Sometimes guests can be difficult, but they are definitely expected and don't really cause a big problem. Getting hours kind of sucks sometimes because Disney is based off of seniority and some of the people have been there a LONG time. Pay isn't all that great either, but hey I get to take a bunch of my friends and family into the park so it's worth it.
