Pros
Great experience with customer service and free sign in's for your family and friends. Disney gives it's employees 16 sign in's a year. With the park prices rising, this becomes very useful.
Cons
Moving up in the company is hard to do. It's a lot of politics. You are often told one thing and the managers do another. Don't become to good at your job because they will use that as an excuse not to promote you.
