Free Disneyland pass, can get a limited amount of people in for free, fun work environment

Cons

Doesn’t take your scheduling needs seriously, have full time hours with part time benefits, can’t request days off without some of them being disapproved even months in advance

Cons

Schedule can be super inconsistent and the attendance policy sucks. Also development for hourly cast is a joke.
