People Projects Management Opportunities Almost ideal IT company until you will start growing as a specialist.

Cons

The only big cons is: No salary growth, it's simpler to exit and get hired again than to get even small growth. Strange strategy. If you ready to pay me 50% more after I exited company, why you can't pay me the same money when I'm your current employee?
