Work remote. Work life balance. Decent base pay.

Cons

Sinking ship. Zero career growth potential. Management struggles with basic daily tasks. Pay plans for the sales team change frequently with no regard to economic climate. Constant restructuring of roles with no guidance. Private conversations are shared among leadership - including from HR.

Everything. Waste of time. Run !!!! sales people are screwed from their commissions. Technical can’t deliver
